Return

1. We will accept returns in their original condition within 20 days of customer receipt, except for products that do not match the return /exchange policy.

 

2. If you are not satisfied with the product and need to return or exchange it please contact our customer service team (customerservice@irischic.com) via email first. We will reply you and register you within 48 hours with the return details. If you don't see an email from us in your inbox, please check your “spam” folder or “junk mail” folder.

 

3.Please ONLY ship to the return address that is provided and not to the address on your original package , or we will not be able to receive your return.

 

4. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with product tags attached. The return package must contain a note with the email address and order number.

 

5. Swimwear and accessories such as jewelry, hats, bags, belts, etc. are not eligible for return or exchange and will not be refunded unless there is a quality issue. Items marked as flash and final sales are also not returnable unless they are defective or fail to perform as described.

 

6. Original shipping charges and duties are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Refund

 

1. Once we've received your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund asap. Usually it takes 2-4 business days to process the refund. Please note that the processing time depends on your bank and PayPal.

 

2. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. If your bank account has closed since you've made the purchase, you will need to contact your bank directly for information on how to receive the funds.
